Vesya is an architecture firm and interior design studio based in Istanbul. We run villa and hotel projects from concept to turnkey delivery under one roof, working across Türkiye and internationally.

Free consultationOur studio is in Istanbul, in the Sancaktepe district — Çilek Plaza, Feshane Caddesi, Eyüp Sultan Mahallesi. It is easy to reach from the Anatolian side and the TEM motorway; visits are by appointment.

We are open Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30, and Saturday 08:00–12:30. We are closed on Sundays. You can request an appointment by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp.

We are based in Istanbul and have projects across Türkiye — Bodrum, Çeşme, Alaçatı, Kaş, Yalova and Safranbolu among them. Internationally we work in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Russia, France, Germany and the United Kingdom, and we take on projects worldwide with remote coordination.

No. We can hold the first meeting by phone, video call or WhatsApp; with most of our international and out-of-town clients we run the entire process remotely. If you would like to meet at the studio, an appointment is all you need.

Details of the plot (title deed, zoning status, location), approximate square metres, your intended programme and a budget range are enough. We can start without them too: in the first meeting we clarify the scope, a likely schedule and an approximate cost range together. The initial consultation is free.
