SPA and wellness design composes hammam, sauna, steam room, salt room and pool into a single experience scenario. Vesya handles the spatial design and visualization; construction is carried out by our group company Çilek Havuz, with more than 500 wellness projects completed across 14 countries. Having design and build in one group eliminates measurement errors, revision costs and the detail that gets “drawn but can't be built”.

Render or reality?
From the spas of international chain hotels to villa wellness floors, the process always runs in the same rhythm — brief, concept render, construction, opening. In most projects, the only difference between the concept render and the opening photo is time; because the team that draws already knows the measurements and engineering of the team that builds.
The “invisible” items — steam extraction, insulation, heating and water engineering — are resolved inside the design. That is why the spa we deliver opens as drawn, with no budget melted away in revisions and no schedule lost.
