Simplicity, level with the sea.
Design Approach
The seaward slope of the plot set the villa's spine. By embedding the mass into the terrain, we composed an uninterrupted horizon from every floor; the living spaces reach outward through a shaded terrace and connect to the sea by way of the pool.
The material palette is warm and deliberately spare: travertine, natural wood and matte bronze. By day, the light spreads softly across the surfaces; by night, the lighting turns those same lines into a warm shell.
