Design Approach
The villa arranges itself around a central courtyard, guarding privacy while opening every room to the sky. The shade of the palms and the courtyard pool create a cool core even at the hottest hour of the day.
White render, lime texture and timber shutters speak the language of the Aegean; here, simplicity is not a lack but a deliberate selection.
