Vesya was born not merely from the idea of founding a new architecture brand, but from a passion that grew over the years, from experience, and from the courage to seek better.
Yasin Savaş's entrepreneurial journey took shape through building structure at Çilek Havuz, systems at Corex360, and — at Vesya — life itself. At the heart of these seemingly different brands lies the same conviction: rather than repeating what exists, to build something better from the ground up.
Uniting more than a quarter-century of Savaş Grup experience with contemporary architecture, strong detailing and flawless execution, Vesya treats hotel, villa and private-living projects not as mere buildings, but as lasting works left to the future.
Because for us, entrepreneurship is not just founding a company; it is believing in an idea, giving it a system, and turning what everyone sees as a dream into reality.

From a family firm, to a global brand.
Vesya operates under Savaş Grup İnşaat, founded in 1998. The group has gathered more than a quarter-century of experience across a broad field — from residential and commercial building to luxury architecture, water structures and wellness.
Today that experience continues through specialised brands: Vesya in luxury hotel and villa architecture, Çilek Havuz in pools and spa/wellness structures. The common ground: single-source, perfectionist, delivered on time.
