Design Approach
The spine of Sarnıç Thermal Hotel is a circular stone courtyard that draws the sky into itself. Arrival, hammam, spa and accommodation blocks turn around this courtyard, drawing the guest into the rhythm of water and silence.
Cut stone, dark timber, lime-based render and misted glass compose a soft threshold between inside and out. By day the courtyard is a well of light; by night, the reflection on the water's surface becomes the hotel's principal sign.
